Any change in azure ? [question]

In the last azure run there is a global notable increase in all frameworks. It would be useful to know what change has achieved these results.

Looking into this; I suspect stuff like this is partially to blame https://github.com/TechEmpower/tfb-azure-terraform/blob/master/terraform/tfb-app.tf#L54 - Going to tie this down to a specific image ID.

Why not use the same Ubuntu version in Citrine and Azure ??

Citrine now use Ubuntu 18.04 Azure need to use the same 18.04 version.

Sorry, I placed in round19 issue to remember it.
