Automation doesn't update wallpaper

Open spackattack31 opened this issue 8 months ago • 3 comments

Hi!

My 'Set Wallpaper' Shortcut has the proper parameters ([Text] = '0', Run Bing Wallpaper for IOS w/ Input [Text]) and my Set Wallpaper automation was set to 'run immediately' at 6:30 AM each morning.

Automation used to work but the past month or so it's stopped for some reason. I've deleted and re-created the automation but it doesn't fix it.

I'll see the notification that the automation ran but it still has the old wallpaper from the last successful run. Any tips?

Take a look in settings -> wallpapers and scroll left and right to see if it changed on one of the other wallpaper pairs. I noticed that it only changes on one of the pairs, so I deleted all but that one. Might be worth a shot to check there.

Clever thought! Unfortunately wasn't the case for me-- none of my other wallpaper pairs are photo-based and nothing updated with the automation run this morning.

Please make sure you check for any available iOS updates and apply them, as some bugs relating to this were fixed on Apple's end recently.
