How do i reduce the latency? It's lag when streaming between my phone and laptop

I was wondering the same. Currently I get a high frame rate, but 8 seconds(!) latency. I'd gladly drop the frame rate to 1/10'th if it would drop the latency to 1/10'th as well...

Hi! Did anybody find a solution? First, I get a 3 second latency which gradually increases to 8-10 seconds.

I am also interested in a solution to the latency. It is 8-10 seconds for me.

It takes time 2-3 seconds for me. I'm using tcp(interleaved mode) rtsp in settop box. I modified rtsp of android. using tcp(interleaved mode)
