[Idea] Cast queue reordering (with suggested solution!)

In spite of the community, reordering the cast queue isn't something Google seem interested in implementing.

Could a "move to end of queue" entry in the three-dot menus for videos in the cast queue be added which (a) removes them from the queue and then (b) immediately re-adds them in the background, moving them to the bottom of the list?

It's a hacky solution, but it should be easy to implement and it's what I end up having to do manually if I want to move videos around (incredibly annoying on mobile because you've to search for the video again after you remove it from the queue before you have an opportunity to add it again.)
