[Idea] Add Force MPEG-4 Video Format

I have the same problem described Here I found that this lag only occurs on vídeos in WebM format and can be fixed by forcing MPEG-4

Hi! I have the same issue and I know for a fact that forcing mp4 codec solve the problem, because using gotube with mp4 work just fine. Any way to force mp4 encoding on vanced?
