[Idea] Add artist count to YTM Vanced.

YTM currently doesn't show artist count (the number of artists you're subscribed to) I already sent in feedback to Google, but I guess it'll be ignored like everything else.

Would it be possible for Vanced devs to add such basic numbers to the app? Currently I can only guess that I'm following several hundred artists, but I'd like to know the exact number. Thanks for reading.
