Allow to use the "*" for multiple path selection in srctools.vdf

Allow for the * symbol to be used in the searchpaths section of srctools.vdf. It would behave like in .gitignore files for example, selecting all paths that have this prefix/suffix etc.

Hmm, that could be added, but it might make things confusing since order matters.
