FileBrowser 'file input/output' error when cyrillic characters in file name

Hello, I'm struggling with error when trying upload file that contains cyrillic characters in the file name Transfer "Снимок экрана 2021-11-17 в 10.37.14.png" reports: (file input/output error)

Also tried to set environment vars like this but it's still doesn't help

LC_ALL: ru_RU.UTF-8
LANG: ru_RU.UTF-8
LANGUAGE: ru_RU.UTF-8

How to fix this problem?

I'm using docker image teamspeak:3.13.6
