[Nitpick] Holdcaps aren't correctly cropped on reverse

Give an example of what is wrong

When playing on reverse with a noteskin where StopDrawingHoldBodyOffsetFromTail is set to a negative value, it becomes apparent that holdcaps aren't correctly cropped as they pass the receptors. This issue doesn't occur with upscroll.

This occurs on all columns, not just right. Issue is also present (in a slightly different form) on Etterna, so likely an upstream issue.
