[BUG] Metronome always uses a 4/4 time signature regardless of time signature in use

Describe the problem
Definitely minor, but assumingly unintentional: I've noticed while writing a chart with time signature changes that the metronome seems to be based off of a 4/4 time signature, regardless of the current time signature (3 "low" pitch metronome sounds are played, then a "high" sound, rinse and repeat).
Describe what should happen
I would expect that if the time signature were changed to, say, 3/4, that there'd only be 2 "low" pitch sounds between each "high" sound, and that it would respect mid-song changes to time signatures.

This isn't a bug, the metronome was only ever coded for 4/4 signatures.
We will need to see if it is feasible to change this behaviour in the future.
