[Bug] Modernize SextetStreamToFile support on Mac

Describe the problem Per Squirrel's request on the Discord, a github issue:

as for sextet on mac[...] it runs on 10.7ish era code so needs a bit of love to modernise it's never been tested as until 2020, there was not a viable mac option for a cab - Squirrel

Describe what should happen

A tested, working, and modern SextetStreamToFile lights driver (and optionally, a new driver similar to Win32Serial that sends SextetStream data directly to a USB serial port) on Mac would be appreciated for better Mac support.

Though I personally don't know the state of the driver as-is, it sounds like it could use some work, given Squirrel's comments.

Can confirm we can do this now.

Peter May @psmay made some tweaks to the driver in 2017 which we can now make work on newer Macs
