[BUG] AutoPlayCPU inconsistencies

Describe the problem Since FAPlus was introduced, AutoPlayCPU is behaving differently depending on what timing window you use (see screenshots and videos below):

• for timings that only go up to W1 (like ITG, DDR, Original...) it will correctly emulate a human player and output some deviation across notes
• for timings that go above W1 (like ITG Advanced, FAPlus, ECFA...) there is no deviation at all, always hitting with 0ms precision

Describe what should happen It should have the same behavior on all timing windows.

Can this be checked again @SHRMP0 ? I know its super old, but it should already be behaving at this point.

Tested on OutFox-alpha-0.5.0-pre043-a1-20.04-amd64-modern-date-20240211 and the issue persists.
