Unable to download the installer

Im unable to download the installer because my antivirus and browser keep flagging the installer as a virus and i dont know a way to bypass this issue, i know that the flagging is a false possitive but im unable to do anything because my browser keeps just stopping the download without being able to cancel the flagging and i cannot do anything else, ive tried stopping my antivirus, downloading from opera gx or microsoft edge and both flag it without me being able to stop it, is there anything i can do to download the installer without being stopped by anything?

but as far as i know that doesnt install the full repentogon so theres some mods that wont work or wont completly work

What?, no...the manual instalation is the full instalation if you do it correctly, it just lacks the updater.
