[Suggestion] Add an option to preserve 16:9 aspect ratio in fullscreen

I have a 16:10 screen, and there's a lot of weird stuff going on, like the main menu UI cutting off at the edges, the Beast fight's camera behaving weirdly as the fight is supposed to be on a 16:9 screen, and any mod using scaling behaving not like they're supposed to (like Cut Bosses Attacks which restores the old Witness fight from Antibirth making the big room too zoomed out).

I'd like to see an option to preserve 16:9 aspect ratio in fullscreen, so I don't have to deal with all of that anymore.

This would be a game-changer for the steam deck. Wonder if it's even possible tho
