Repentogon auto installer results in crash + Audio issues
Win 11, downloaded the auto installer off of repentogon.com it installed smoothly, game clearly recognizes that rgon is there, but closes and never reopens. Manual install fixed crash.
Additionally, every sound effect is now extremely quiet. Not muted, just really quiet. Issue only occurred after installation of Repentogon. Turning the SFX option to the max had no effect. Sound still plays even if SFX option is muted. Music slider still works as normal. Edit: ~~Modded sound effects, such as Cat Coins, Funny Heart Sounds, etc seem to work just fine. Affects all modded enemies, however. Friend Folio enemies are completely inaudible while vanilla gapers can jusy barely be heard~~ Found this was just a common issue, ignore above edit.
If you're still having this issue, our upcoming launcher might actually fix it due to no longer needing to inject the game via dsound.dll
