[Bug] PRE/POST_PLAYER_ADD_HEARTS callbacks are not triggered by bone hearts

Whether picking up a Bone Heart directly or an item that can grant a Bone Heart, neither will trigger these two callbacks.

Bumping since I'm working on a thing that uses this function and the involvement of bone hearts so it would be nice to see this fixed

I have zero explanation for this but bone hearts suddenly trigger the callback for me now??? I did not switch to the Rep+ branch

Wait my apologies this is just due to CustomHealthAPI, it manually runs the callback

I think this is already fixed on the Rep+ nightlies. I can't replicate any issues with these callbacks and bone hearts at least. No mods other than my test one.
