MC_PRE_SET_COLOR and MC_POST_SET_COLOR

Args: Entity, Color, Duration, Priority, Fadeout, Share

Called when Entity:SetColor() is used

Pre version allows returning true to cancel the function call or a table to change the params

Callback could have optional argument for EntityType
