Mom's Knife should damage things with the NO_TARGET EntityFlag

Things with the flag ignoring damage from knives is a useless feature that only makes it so you can't give anything vulnerable to damage the flag without things becoming weird. I don't think removing this idiotic interaction would break anything whatsoever.
