Video playback stutters and rewinds when switching back to tab

Describe the bug

When playing a video and switching to another tab, the video continues playing normally. However, when switching back to the Piped tab, the video playback stutters for about 0.5 seconds and then jumps back approximately 0.5 seconds (so about 1 second total rewind), causing content to repeat.

To Reproduce

1. Start playing any video on Piped
2. Switch to another tab while the video is playing
3. Switch back to the Piped tab after a few minutes of streaming

Expected behavior

Video should continue playing smoothly without interruption.
