Imported playlists have no name

Describe the bug

I imported a bunch of playlists csv files from youtube. The playlist names are in the file name, but the resulting import on piped.video/playlists uses timestamps as playlist names instead:

Import youtube playlist files. Example:

Documentation Acting.csv Pixar Anthologie.csv

Expected behavior

Have the names of playlists correctly imported.

If they need to be in a specific format, please have it clearly indicated on the import GUI, just as the subscriptions import GUI tells how to fetch youtube's subscribtions csv.
