Let us choose the quality of thumbnail in feeds:

• low
• medium
• high

Why would this be useful to add?

• To manage the bandwidth and data consumption
• Feed thumbs on mobile browsers sometimes don't require higher quality thumbs. Even rendering medium quality could've also enough

can you provide the thumbnail qualities i am only getting this default one from api

According to Newpipe app settings, I see three qualities. Low, medium and high. Piped currently renders high quality thumbs (1080p jpeg).
