Could you add passkeys support?

passkeys are a replacement for passwords that provide faster, easier, and more secure sign-ins to websites (Source).

This would obviously require changes in the backend, but I didn't know where it would be best to open this feature request.

Why would this be useful to add?

For a faster and more secure login system.

Concept(s)

The user adds a new key in the account settings to be able to log in with it later on the login page.
