Sync channel groups

Describe the feature

Synchronize channel groups through a Piped account.

Why would this be useful to add?

When I want to use Piped on another device, everything except the settings (#2065) and channel groups syncs when I log into my account. The only thing I have to do manually is to transfer the channel_groups.json file to the new device. I think the natural next step would be to synchronize the groups.

I never thought, that subs are getting synced and channels not. This makes absolutely no sense. Both information is in the database. Why would you sync the subs and not the channels?

Otherwise fantastic project. Thank you.
