Ability to set playlist visibility

Describe the feature

I've noticed Piped playlists are public by default, and at least to my knowledge there's no way to change this behavior. The JSON export has a visibility key for every playlist item but I'm not sure if it has any use.

Why would this be useful to add?

Adding this would improve the privacy already offered by Piped and would give users the ability to make their playlists public or private.

Piped has local playlists stored in the browser which are not public—that's at least how it is when you use Piped without an account.
