Account synced bookmarks

Describe the feature

As title suggests, it would be great to get our bookmarks (#1951 )synced over the account. i.e. cross platform supported(piped, libretube, etc).

Why would this be useful to add?

Clones Playlists are not always up to date. We have to manually reclone/refetch.

Bookmarks does all the job and keep us up to date with playlists.

Hence getting it over account would be seamless experience imo.

Surprised this isn't a bigger priority, aside from subscriptions this is pretty much the only thing keeping me from committing to Piped.
