Import/export watched videos

Describe the feature

When I export preferences and import them in another instance I would like to get also the video history and get the videos I've watched marked as watched.

Why would this be useful to add?

To move from one instance to another without noticing anything different while using LibRedirect.

Additionally, if other projects use the format then it could really ease moving from invidious or freetube.

The inability to import my watch history is the ONLY reason I use Invidious instead of Piped.
