Watch Together Group Feature

Describe the feature

Option to make and invite people to (temporary?) groups to watch videos together. Maybe sync everyone's timestamps by updating everyone else's timestamps if someone starts buffering, pauses, or seeks to another part of the video.

Why would this be useful to add?

So people can watch youtube videos in sync together without being next to each other physically.
