Buffering freezes, timestamp vanishes

Describe the bug

After pressing play, the video plays for between 1-4 seconds before it freezes and refuses to stream any further. Additionally, the second half of the timer (0:00 / secondhalf) disappears once it freezes.

This issue is only found in certain videos, and the time that it gets stuck on remains the same for the video across all instances.

This issue has also only been observed so far on iOS/iPadOS 16, and only on videos where there’s a Sponsorblock segment within the first 30-ish seconds of the video.

To Reproduce

1. Find a video with a Sponsorblock segment in the first couple seconds (ex: https://piped.kavin.rocks/watch?v=xLs_Q4Ge7s4)
2. Press play

(May work fine for most people)

Expected behavior

Video continues playing normally
