AV1 problem: Not all resolutions show in quality selector menu

Describe the bug

When all 3 codecs are selected, Piped seems to prefer AV1 to the other 2. But this sometimes causes only 1 or 2 super HQ resolutions to be available for selection.

To Reproduce

1. Open https://piped.kavin.rocks/watch?v=CD6nhiUJOig.
2. Open the resolution selector menu.
3. Notice only 1440p is available.
4. Unselect the AV1 codec from Preferences.
5. Many more resolutions are now available.

Expected behavior

If the only AV1 streams available are high resolution ones (seemingly 2K and above), Piped should populate the menu with lower resolutions from the other codecs (preferably VP9).

Thanks for the hotfix, I was wondering why it keeps showing only 1440p+ resolution in some videos.
