Mentra Client says "Disconnected" => "Connecting" at the top obnoxiously

If the app disconnects from the cloud, we show "Disconnected" at the top, and "Connecting…" while it's reconnecting.

The issue is every so often (once every few minutes), we drop the websocket connection very briefly. When this happens, we see "Disconnected" for a second, then "Connecting…" for a second.

This looks super glitchy, and we should debounce this.

How to fix:

Only show "Disconnected" or "Connecting…" if we have been out of the "Connected" state for >5 seconds.
