Update Bootstrap

Used version is 3.3.7 released on 25 Jul 2016. The latest version is 4.5.3 released on 13 Oct 2020.

upgrading bootstrap will require huge efforts, because there were many breaking changes. They include the grid system, which we use everywhere.
