Youtube mix continuations are not unique

The streams returned should be. I commented out the specific tests for now

@TobiGr @Stypox I would drop maintaining this feature unless someone shows interest in implementing support for it in the frontend. I find that it is not really used.

In this case the extractor would need to make the same changes as here https://github.com/TeamNewPipe/NewPipeExtractor/pull/567

Because i feel like the return on my time invested is not very high.

While one is able to open the playlist in NewPipe and load more items, there are duplicates. This is because it is not using the new API with POST requests instead of GET.
