Scrobbling support (Last.fm, etc)

It would be great if NewPipe could scrobble, especially now that it supports SoundCloud.

One way to achieve that is by sending broadcast status to Simple Last.fm Scrobbler. See documentation: https://github.com/tgwizard/sls/blob/master/Developer%27s%20API.md

I'd love to see this! The official Last.FM app doesn't seem to pick up NewPipe at all right now, so none of the music I listen to with it get scrobbled.
