Linked info buttons and linked endcard videos
It would be nice to be able to access those temporary info buttons in videos and clickable videos linked in the ending of a video.

Better to open such an issue in a project that you actually use. The devs of such a project would be more motivated to follow it up with us.
Actually, I was directed here because the project I use could not support this because of the extractor. What additional information do you need?

What project is this? A concrete use case would provide much better direction.
I am using LibreTube. It makes use of the Piped API, which basically runs the NewPipeExtractor on a server and proxies the connection to Google like that. The use case I am seeing in adding this feature for the user here is that he is able to get additional information or access videos fitting to the content (things the YouTuber linked for the viewers).
