Delay in updating new videos in what's new feed

Steps to reproduce the bug
- Just refresh what's new feed
- Refresh it few hours later and you will find more videos in previously loaded feed in step 1
Also when compared to official YouTube it shows less no of videos in what's new feed. Can even view those videos under subscribed individual channels
Note: I am talking about normal videos not shorts or livestreams.

The video feed should be up to data

I've noticed this as well. 2nd refresh sometimes shows older videos that should have been available after the 1st refresh, but weren't.
I also observe an identical behavior in NP 24.1, however I can see the missing feeds in live tab if I use a debug version of NP based on 24.0 that contains various channel tabs named as "NewPipe channel-tabs" . This debug release I found in the issue when no videos were available from one of the contributors. Attached are the screenshots with following description: the NP with black background is release 24.1 and the two screenshots with white background is that debug release.

I have the same issue but I don't have the debug version
