Feature description

Ability to adjust the timing offset for an audio with respect to video. Here is a visual example

Why do you want this feature?

Sometimes audio go out of sync on some videos.

Well I recommended it to one of my friends and he said that audio on some videos is out of sync. He can't remember of any particular example video but nonetheless this feature may be useful for some users and provide more customization and convenience

What about wireless headphones? For me this sounds like a good option, to compensate ~200 ms audio lag (in my case)

I would like to see an audio offset option added specifically for when connected to bluetooth devices as to compensate for the inherent lag. This is important in situations such as practicing music while watching a video tutorial, for example.
