"Resume Playback Position" Cannot be Turned off for Background Play.

Steps to reproduce the bug
- Turn off "Resume Playback" in Setting (Do not remember playback position).
- Load a playlist into the background queue.
- Before the current song/video has finished playing, use the Queue View to select a different song/video.
- Navigate back to the previous song/video via direct selection/Queue View.
Expected behavior
The song/video should start playing from the beginning.
Actual behavior
The video begins playing at the timestamp where it was before (resumes playback).
I manually selected by tapping, from "Clattanoia" at 0:39 to "Aliez" and then back to "Clattanoia" and you can see that it resumed the playback position. It should've reset to the beginning of the song.

Additional information
This issue doesn't occur if you use the navigation buttons (Previous/Next), only from direct selection/manual navigation.
I despise reporting issues on mobile. The screenshots are out of order.
As the Channel Tabs update has further broken old NewPipe (legacy 0.19.x). I am necro'ing this as this is a critical bug for me to use this as a music player, especially while driving or other limited interaction usage times.
The app is on a feature freeze pending a rewrite. So don't expect anything to happen in the short or even medium term.
