Captions continuing to next video

Affected version

v0.23.3 and v0.24.0 RC1

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open this video (or any video with YouTube links in its description).
2. Turn on captions (any language).
3. Tap on any YouTube link in the description (except the first link which is unavailable in this case).
4. The YouTube video will open in NewPipe straightaway.

Expected behavior

Captions of that YouTube video (whose link is clicked on) should appear on that video.

Actual behavior

The current caption block of the previous (original) YouTube video stays in the player, instead of switching to the next video's captions.
