  1. Create accessibility tag and add it to every accessibility issues, to find them quickly
  2. Run Google Accessibility Scanner on NewPipe
  3. Create issues for each problem raised by the scanner
  4. Fix them all
  5. ???
  6. Profit!

The first thing that comes to mind is that for blind people only audio should play.
