NewPipe Add the ability to sort comments by date/popularity etc.

For YouTube, I think the comment section would need (lots of) changes, unless someone find a link / parameter in url where it gives comments sorted by date, because we use Youtube mobile, as said here, and there is no sort by date on m.youtube.com.

For PeerTube, it's new since v2.1, and we can get it with the api, parameter -createdAt

Just a little suggestion. This sorting option should be interchangeable instead of showing a drop-down menu as there are two options actually available. 1. Top comments & 2. Newest first
