'Always ask' open behavior should never show a 'Always' button at the bottom

Feature description
I want to never have the JUST ONCE nor the ALWAYS buttons on the popup below.
The background highlight showing the last selected option is then a bit odd to me, and I was thinking there could be a small instead a small history icon next to it, making it even more explicit? 🤔
Why do you want this feature?
I selected Always Ask for the open behavior in the settings, so I can always select how I want to open a link.
The presence of the Always button is kind of slowing me down every time, as I'm always making sure I don't tap it by mistake..

I think the better flow would be that this menu appears only the first time the user ever uses the feature.
Once something is selected, that setting option would be saved in the database and then the buttons would never be shown again. The user could change the setting manually if they want to.
Huh what you're describing seems to be the exact opposite ❌ of what I'm looking for
As for the open behavior, you're describing something that could ve called Ask Once, but not Always Ask 😬.
Basically I always want to see the buttons, without any way to save what I clicked for next time.
It happen very often that whdn I click/share a YouTube link and NewPipe opens, sometimes I want to open it to view, sometimes only download, sometimes enqueue it, .... There is not single action I always want to do (except asking for me every time what to do with the link)
What I'm saying is, that the menu in the screenshot above should be shown the first time only, with the bottom two buttons. After that, if the user chooses 'always' for an action, the menu won't be shown ever again, unless the user manually changes the setting.
The "Just once" should be changed to "Always ask" in this first time menu. If it is selected, then the setting should be saved, and this menu should be shown every time without the bottom two buttons.
