Bug: Sneaking speed is too slow

Describe the bug Sneaking speed using a controller is slower than keyboard

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Use a controller Go into sneak Move around

Expected behavior You should be walking faster while sneaking. Just compare it between WASD and joystick
