Bug: Inputs made while the game stutters will persist until pressed again

Describe the bug If the game ever stutters (for example when loading dyanmic lights on some hardware or just simply opening a menu), the input made will continue until pressed again.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Do anything that would make the game stutter while pressing a button
2. Observe
3. Press button again to fix this

Expected behavior Button will not continue to be held.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: SteamOS 3.4.4
• Minecraft: 1.19.3
• Fabric: 0.14.14
• Mods: A lot of them
• Version: 1.7.3+1.19.3
• Branch: Normal
