Mod Support: BetterF3 (Toggling when opening inventory)

Describe the bug I've set my open F3 hud button to my D-pad down button and it overrides my inventory slot select down button when the inventory is open even though the default button for D-pad down when in the inventory is still set in the controller keybind options. It just causes the F3 hud to toggle while the inventory is still open. Might be a BetterF3 mod exclusive issue.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Just do as described above

Expected behavior The F3 hud should not toggle while the inventory is still open during the conditions described above.

that's not the point of the bug report, the debug hud should not open when the inventory is open
