[Feature Request]: Add an option to remove decimal points from teleport commands

Describe the new feature.

Currently when you teleport to a waypoint or anywhere on the map it adds .5 and .0 decimals to the coordinates which means people are unable to use journeymap's build in teleport feature with some custom teleport commands that don't accept anything other than a whole number.
