Phantom+invisible items when switching between normal inventory and Galacticraft inventory

Reproduction steps

There are several kinds of weird behavior when switching between the default survival inventory and the Galacticraft equipment inventory with the slots for thermal armor and oxygen gear.

1. Equip some armor and close the inventory.
2. Reopen the inventory and switch to the Galacticraft inventory.
3. Switch back to the default survival inventory and remove the armor.
4. The armor items you have just removed are phantom items and as you can see in the screenshot below the armor bar is at 3.5 even though the player does not appear to be wearing any armor.
5. Switch to the Galacticraft inventory and the phantom items disappear as well.
6. Close the inventory and then reopen it.
7. Click on the apparently empty armor slots and you will pick up a piece of armor.
8. Put the previously invisible piece of armor back on and the rest of the armor will update to appear in the correct position.
