Reproduction steps
Start breaking a Cryogenic Chamber and observe that the block breaking animation is only present on the translucent parts of the Cryogenic Chamber.
Translucent blocks are weird...
No,I found the block breaking animation is present on all parts of it .But due to its translucent rendering type, we can't see the animation in the solid part, but it is actually there, and the higher the alpha value of a certain part of the image, the less noticeable the animation is
Maybe it's this parameter and the the shader type that follows
Caused?
I might make a block entity renderer to allow for an opening/closing animation of the glass doors and solve a few other problems like this one at the same time, because the render types can be specified separately for different model parts.
