Fluid pipe contents are not saved to/loaded from disk but lost when quitting/unloading

When you close the world, any fluids inside liquid pipes will be lost. By checking the pipes with /blockdata while they visibly have fluids, you can see that there is no information about the fluid inside in the NBT.

Minecraft version: 1.12.2 Galacticraft version: 4.0.2.280

Game mode? Single Player

Any Galacticraft add-ons installed? No, not even any other mod other than JEI and Hwyla

This affects fluid tanks as well. I had four stacked on top of each other for lava, oil, fuel, and water. Lost all of their contents.
