I have a feeling it has something to do with GC not adding its own fuel into the game, as intended when BuildCraft is involved.

For now you should be able to ignore this message, it won't break anything on the server, only delist a few advancements that you would otherwise have without BuildCraft installed.

I have the same issue but with galacticraft/oil, it breaks nothing but it constantly spams it into the console when creating a world, does this affect the world creation speed?
