(Feature Request) Free Lane Movement

Kinda large request lol

So with this idea, each lane would belong to a group, and each group would have an X and Y position you could seperate groups by click in between two lanes (like 1234 to 12 34 to 1 2 34) down untill you have single lanes. Each lane will not be allowed to cross another one (so like 2 1 3 4 is illegal but 1 2 3 4 is legal) this would allow for (creative expression) and modchart like things, which would be fun. All group would be displayed in a timeline in a seperate tab, kinda like a story board, with points showing where movents start, with a line coming out showing where they end (there would be tweening and easing and stuff like that)
